亚太经济合作组织(APEC)商务旅游证推荐信​

APEC商务旅行卡(APEC Business Travel Card简称旅行卡或ABTC)计划系亚太经合组织工商理事会(ABAC)于1996年向APEC领导人会议提出的一项重要建议。 该计划旨在便利APEC 范围内各经济体的商务人员往来。APEC商务旅行卡持卡人凭有效护照和旅行卡在三年内无须办理入境签证,可自由往来于已批准入境的各APEC经济体之间;并在主要机场入出境时享有使用APEC商务旅行卡专用通道的便利。

目前,加入该计划的经济体有19个:澳大利亚,汶莱,智利,中国,台湾,菲律宾,香港,印尼,日本,韩国,马来西亚,墨西哥,纽西兰,巴布亚新几内亚,秘鲁,苏联,新加坡,泰国及越南。


申请者条件:

  1. 本会会员
  2. 公司主要负责人 (如: 执行董事,董事经理,主席或首席执行员)

有意申请的会员须提供以下文件作为存档:

  1. APEC商务旅游卡申请表格副本
  2. 护照副本 (首页)
  3. 身份证副本 (前后)
  4. 公司推荐信
  5. 申请者护照内页副本,印有进出国家的盖章,以证明该申请者频繁旅行
  6. 公司及工作职位简介,用以证明个人/公司业务需经常往来亚太平洋地区
  7. 马来西亚公司委员会(SSM)文件副本

会员商家须连同申请表格,照片一张(护照尺寸),护照副本(护照有效期需4年或以上),公司之申请信(申请者姓名,护照号码,职位和需要申请APEC卡的理由),及费用交到本中总。一般申请手续须时2至3个月。

As the US and Canada are not participating in the ABTC scheme, all ABTC card holders travelling to the US or Canada will still be subjected to the existing immigration clearance process at the destination..

Please also take note that with immediate effect, there are NEW PROCEDURES in the card collection. You may refer to item "OPTIONS FOR CARD COLLECTION AT IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA, PUTRAJAYA" for new procedures.

1) REVISED RATE FOR ABTC PROCESSING FEE EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2018
Effective June 1, 2018, following the zero rating of GST, ABTC processing fee will be revised to RM35/application.

2) PRINTING OF INTERIM CARD FOR APPROVED APPLICANT
With immediate effect, The Immigration Dept, Putrajaya will NO longer print the INTERIM CARD. The card will only be printed when all the 19 countries have pre-cleared you for entry.

3) NEW MODE OF PAYMENT AT IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA, PUTRAJAYA FOR ISSUANCE OF APEC CARD AFTER 19 APEC COUNTRIES HAVE APPROVED THE APPLICATION
With immediate effect, Cash / Money Order / Bank Draft is NOT acceptable at the counter for the issuance of APEC card. Only the following mode of payment can be made at the counter:
i) Debit Card
ii) Credit Card

4 )SCHEDULE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT TO REQUEST FOR APEC CARD TO BE PRINTED
With immediate effect, after the 19 economies have approved the application, the applicant is required to log in to: http://sto.imi.gov.my/sto/booking.php to schedule an appointment with ABTC Unit of Immigration Dept of Malaysia, Putrajaya to request for the APEC card to be printed.

5) EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020, APEC UNIT OF IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA, PUTRAJAYA WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENT BY POSTAGE/COURIER.

6) ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR APEC CARD APPLICATION
With immediate effect, applicant is required to submit an additional document to support the application for APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC):
   i) Copy of applicant’s ALL PASSPORT INSIDE PAGES that have been STAMPED as proof of frequent           travel
   ii) Company’s profile and Job’s Description to prove personal / company actively involved in                business that require to travel frequently to the overseas

OPTIONS FOR CARD COLLECTION AT IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA, PUTRAJAYA

1. OPTION 1 (Collect Personally)

If you wish to collect personally, you are required to submit the following:

i. Current Passport (Original + copy)

ii.   A Fee of RM100.00 for the issuance of APEC card

iii.  Payment must be made via Debit Card / Credit Card

iv.  Cash is NOT accepted at the counter

v.   Supporting Letter from ACCCIM (email)

vi.   Reference Number from ACCCIM (email)

vii.   Screenshot of 19 countries’ approval

vii. Payment & collection should be made directly at:

2. OPTION 2 (Send Representative to Collect)

If you wish to send a Representative or any person to collect on your behalf, you are required to submit the following:

i. Authorisation Letter from Company

ii. A Copy of Representative’s Identity Card (IC)

iii. Latest Copy of Applicant’s Passport Biodata Page

iv. A Fee of RM100.00 for the issuance of APEC card

v. Payment must be made via Debit Card / Credit Card

vi. Cash is NOT accepted at the counter

vii.   Supporting Letter from ACCCIM (email)

viii. Reference Number from ACCCIM (email)
